難しいです。また時間をおいて見直します。
「Standin' on your mama's porch」は
母親に依存し、護られている場所という意味が重なっているかと思います。
その庇護された場所から「僕」に向かって「永遠に待ってる」と言った
という感じになりましょうか。
「stand on」には「立つ」の他に、依存するという意味があります。
「porch」は屋根付きの玄関、入り口。
そこが「mama's」お母さんの、ですから
「（彼女が）依存するお母さんの屋根（庇護）がついた（ある）場所」
＝「親に護られている場所」かなと。
意訳は「ママの家の玄関」としました。
